Product Information

Q: I’m very interested in a certain product, but I don’t see it on your web site. Can you get it?

A: Trading Card Co-Op carries a wide selection of baseball products. If you are looking for something that we don’t carry, please contact us and we will do our best to track it down for you at a reasonable price!

Q: Are your boxes/cases Factory Sealed and Unsearched?

A: Yes, ALL of our boxes and cases are Factory Sealed and Unsearched!

Q: What is the difference between Hobby and Retail?

A: Hobby products generally have better odds for pulling inserts such as memorabilia or autograph cards. They also cost more than retail for this reason. Some products have inserts that are exclusive to hobby boxes. Almost all our boxes are hobby and we always state whether a box is hobby or retail. Once in a while, we do get some retail boxes in stock and they are a great value.

Q: I didn’t get the stated Game Used or Autograph odds stated on the box/case. What can I do?

A: The insertion ratios per box/case are stated on average across the entire production run and not always guaranteed per box/case. Any issues regarding content/quality should be directed to the card manufacturer. Save the box/case if you can (they sometimes ask for the serial number) and invoice.

Ordering/Shipping Information

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. In rare cases, it might take 1 additional day for processing.

Q: I live in the area. Can I come pick up my order?

A: Sure, but we do not have a true retail presence. You will have to arrange pick-up at our residential address. Our lower overhead helps keep our wholesale prices low and competitive.

Q: Do you ship to International locations (outside the United States)?

A: Currently, we only ship to the continental U.S. Sorry, but we do not ship to other locations at this time. The shopping cart will calculate shipping & handling costs during the checkout process, depending on your location and the weight of the order (you will be able to see shipping options before the payment screen.)

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A: We ship our packages with UPS and they cannot ship to PO Boxes. We can ship to a PO Box with USPS Priority Mail, but processing your order might be delayed.

Q: Does the Free Shipping apply to Alaska and Hawaii?

A: Our Free Shipping promotion only applies to shipping within the continental U.S. and will be shipped via UPS Ground.

Q: I paid with Paypal and I want to ship to an address that is not my Paypal Confirmed Address.

A: Sorry, but we can only ship to your confirmed address through Paypal.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All sales are final. Refunds/exchanges are not accepted. The only exception is if we make an error with the order. Under certain circumstances (upon approval from Trading Card Co-Op), items returned will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Q: Where can I discuss the hobby with other collectors?

A: Please visit our Forum link to discuss anything about baseball cards. Read honest product reviews by collectors like yourself and gain insight into the latest and hottest news in the hobby. Your username and password for tradingcardcoop.com is not linked to the forums, so you will have to register a separate account to post in our forums.
